In today’s world 1 out of 3 people will die of cancer. This means that if you are reading this, it is either you or I. It is likely that one of us will get cancer. This, does not have to be.
Diabetes has skyrocketed. Even very young children are getting it. That used to be unheard of. The list goes on and on.
The CDC did a study about ten years ago on over two thousand people in the United States. They found the the average person had over 212 different chemicals in their systems, that the body had to figure out what to do with.
There in lies the problem. We live in a world of chemicals.
What is really sad, is that a lot of these chemicals come in the food we eat. Many of the chemicals are put into our food intentionally by the very corporations that are selling us the food with labels that claim to be healthy for us.
Just look at the ingredient labels on the food we are sold. MSG, artificial flavors, dyes, and many whose names that appear to be unpronounceable.
Processed food contains most of these chemicals. The body simply does not know what to do with them. The liver gets overworked trying to deal with them until it simple gets overloaded. The body, in an attempt the protect itself, will surround these chemicals with mucus to protect itself.
Do you have a big belly? It’s probably your body protecting itself. Simply start in-taking less chemicals and the liver will start dealing with the stored up mucus surrounded chemicals, thus bringing your whole body back in line. The liver can only deal with so much at a time.
The other problem is that processed food has less than 10% of the nutrition than the food it was processed from.
No wonder we are all fat, sick, and nearly dead.
The body is amazing. It can and will heal itself. You just have to give it the tools to do so. If you look around, you see this all the time. The doctor sets a bone, then kicks back and waits on the body to do the actual healing. How fast and how well the body heals is a demonstration of how many tools the body has in its arsenal to work with.
Let’s take a look at cancer. If your immune system is intact, you cannot get cancer. If you have cancer then your immune system is compromised. What compromises your immune system? Chemicals. Protect your gut. Eat clean high nutrition food. It’s that simple.
How about diabetics? The average person living in an industrialized nation consumes about 150 lbs. of sugar a year. Less than 100 years ago, the average intake of sugar was only about 4 pounds per person per year.
Sugar. It’s in everything. It is even in everyday table salt. Check the ingredient list. Why do we need sugar in our salt?
